2017 APWA Colorado Annual Chapter Conference

Please join us for the 4th Annual APWA Colorado Chapter Conference!

This event will be held Monday, October 23 and Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the Arvada Center. The Annual Conference will be held over two full days and will include a Happy Hour on the first day of the conference. We will include both general sessions and track sessions to provide timely, relevant presentations on a variety of topics to serve all aspects of the public works industry and an opportunity to connect with others in the field. This format will allow you to build your own agenda based on what you want to gain from the conference.

The cost for the conference with early registration is $275 ($300 full price after October 9th) for two full days and will include breakfast, snacks and lunch, the Chapter Awards Luncheon (Monday), and the Monday evening Happy Hour (drinks not included).  You can purchase additional tickets for spouses or guests to attend Monday night during registration.
 
We are also providing the option for a one-day registration, if you are not able to join us for both days.  The cost for a single day is $150.  

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email only to bdweimer@msn.com) by October 13th for a refund.  Substitutions can be made at any time.

We will also be holding a food drive to benefit the Arvada Community Food Bank so start collecting donations in your offices!  Suggested items include canned fruit, tomato products, beans, tuna, pasta, soup, dry pasta, spaghetti sauce, salad dressing, granola bars, pudding, jello, fruit cups, peanut butter, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, soap, deodorant, dish & laundry soap, diapers.

Please also join us for the APWA Colorado Annual Awards Luncheon to honor the extraordinary Colorado projects, programs and individuals of 2017.  The Awards Luncheon will take place during the Annual Chapter Conference on Monday, October 23, 2017.  If you attend the Conference, the Awards Luncheon is part of your registration.  If you will not be attending the Conference, you will be able to register for the event separately.

Registration for the awards luncheon will open in August.
