Exhibitor - 2023 Annual Chapter Conference

Available to up to five (5) organizations or individuals who will be recognized as the primary exhibitors at the conference.

Event Level Exhibitor benefits include:

Company name and logo on conference materials including the conference program, conference banners and other participant materials.

Two conference registrations ($600 value)

Option to purchase two additional conference registrations at a discounted price of $150 each.

First selection of exhibitor table.

Expo Level Exhibitor benefits include:

Company name and logo posted at front of the main conference room.

One conference registrations ($300 value)

Option to purchase two additional conference registrations at a discounted price of $150

Exhibitor table for displaying your marketing materials (tables assigned on a first come, first served basis after the Event Level selection)

Non-Exhibiting Level benefits include:

Company name and logo posted at front of the main conference room

One conference registration ($300 value)

Sponsor the Happy Hour on Monday night!  

Company name and logo on conference materials including the digital brochure if paid for prior to June 30, 2023.  

Company name and logo on sign at event.

Event Level Exhibitors are allowed up to two additional conference registrations at the discounted price.

Expo Level Exhibitors are allowed one additional conference registration at the discounted price.

Non-Exhibiting Level are not allowed additional discounted registrations.

If you wish to register more attendees once you have reached your maximum number of discounted registrations, please use the Additional Conference Registrations option.

Additional Conference Registrations for exhibitor attendees once they have used their complimentary and discounted registrations.

Event Level Exhibitors receive 2 conference registrations and may purchase up to 2 additional discounted registrations.

Expo Level Exhibitors receive 1 conference registration and may purchase up to 2 additional discounted registrations.

Non-Exhibiting Level receive 1 conference registration and no discounted additional registrations.
